		<description>I must apologize for not updating sooner. But I have lost 35 lbs. Still working out with a trainer 3 days a week with weights. I am full of energy...especially since I now have my 8 month old granddaughter 2 days a week to take care of!  No huffing or puffing. Those two days we walk for a mininum of one hour with Grandma pushing the stroller. My car is actually full of 9 pairs of pants to be altered. Don&#039;t want to buy new ones. I want to lose 25-30 more lbs. My dresser is just about empty...given all my clothes away. I also went thru all my kitchen cabinets and panty. Bagged up 13 bags of groceries with processed ingredients or sugar in it. Donated them to the food bank. Threw out 2 frozen pizza, frozen fish sticks and a 1/2 gallon of ice cream. I did keep one cabinet for husband with his snacks and cookies so he wouldn&#039;t divorce me! It was very liberating. So my pants size have gone down a total of 5 sizes and I am very close to one more. I have been doing some travel...so I have cheated some. Had 3 teaspoons of lemon sherbert and had some soup...and 3 martini&#039;s. But basically have not devitated. It is nice to go out in public and not feel like I have to cover my hips and get compliments from my family and friends.</description>
