Josie’s Story:
As a small boned woman, I had never been overweight until and accident changed my life. I have not been the same since and I find myself not wanting to leave the house. I feel depressed due to my weight gain. People don’t care how or why you gained the weight – they just see the weight. I was on steriods for over two years and on pain management. I started eating sweets, which I had never done before.
In 2007, my sister died as a result of obesity. I have been afraid ever since. I want to live a full, productive life and I feel that this the answer I have been seeking. I will have the confidence to be in pictures again, go shopping and do all the things I enjoy. Most of all, I will be able to give back to the community by being a voice for others who are in need like myself.
JOSIE – six weeks later – feeling proud and self-confident….and 17 pounds lighter! Josie is very excited about her new “thin” future, and is feeling very empowered! Congratulations!

Hello Weight Away Tampa Bay:
Today is a beautiful day, it rained hard, and the lightning was severe, but, we’re still BLESSED. There’s people somewhere in the world wishing for rain. GOD saw fit to BLESS us with rain. PRAYERS go up BLESSINGS come down. I got on my scale today at home and lost another 2lbs. I’m PRAYING for us all. Keep up the good work.

I really glad you like reading my post, you guys are the reason i have the attitude that i have. All of you are a Blessing, and for that i have nothing but LOVE for you.
As i forgive,i begin anew. I am healthy, whole, and vitally alive. GOD guides my way. GOD fills my life with abundance. GOD soothes me with a tender touch. The spirit of GOD infuses me with life and renewal. I am an ambassador of peace and harmony. GOD’s spirit within me is my constant source of peace and serenity.(Thanks Debbie). Divine order surrounds me and is within me. I am calm and collected.

Hello Everyone,
Today has been a beautiful day, life is good. I had a mole removed off my leg, and it feels so much better. I got a my scale today i lost 2 1/2 lbs so far.Good night sleep tight don’t let the bed bugs bite.

I’m the happiest woman alive, i’ve learned more about myself and the love that i give freely to everyone i meet, those that i know, and the ones that i don’t. When you love someone you’re only loving GOD. Humility always accompanies wisdom. I have a lot of people to thank for bringing out of me what was hidden deep inside.Thanks to Dr.Cesar Lara, Dr. Debbie Lane,Janet Brunson, and their staff, last, but not least, my Weight Away Tampa Bay famiy. Hello Weight Away Tampa Bay:
I just got out of the hospital, doing really good, B/P was a little low, the Dr. put me on a medication(Proamatine). This medication is suppose stabilize my B/P. Either way i’m doing fantastic. Wishing you all the very best. Keep up the goooood work.
