Josie 270 lbs. – 5′7″ 
Josie’s Story:
As a small boned woman, I had never been overweight until and accident changed my life. I have not been the same since and I find myself not wanting to leave the house. I feel depressed due to my weight gain. People don’t care how or why you gained the weight – they just see the weight. I was on steriods for over two years and on pain management. I started eating sweets, which I had never done before.
In 2007, my sister died as a result of obesity. I have been afraid ever since. I want to live a full, productive life and I feel that this the answer I have been seeking. I will have the confidence to be in pictures again, go shopping and do all the things I enjoy. Most of all, I will be able to give back to the community by being a voice for others who are in need like myself.
JOSIE – six weeks later – feeling proud and self-confident….and 17 pounds lighter! Josie is very excited about her new “thin” future, and is feeling very empowered! Congratulations!

Good Morning Weight Away Tampa Bay:
Today is a beautiful day to start my walk. During my walk yesterday I fell down, not today,At my weigh-in yesterday i lost another 2.4lbs.By the end of the year i plan to have dropped 35lbs. GOD is good.
But he was wounded for our transgressions,he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.(ISAIAH53:5)

I went to Dr. Lara’s office on wed. Sept 9, 2009 and i lost 5lbs. 6 ozs. GOD is good.

I hope and pray that everyone’s doing fine, i got on the scale today at home and i’ve lost 2lbs. I don’t really trust my scale at home, but, i’ve lost something.(not my mind.)(smile)
I would love to hear how some of you guy’s are doing.Remember GOD has us all in the palm of HIS hand. Time to walk before the rain come, right now, it’s beautiful out side.

I missed you guys, i pray that everyone had a good week and weekend.I had a good and safe week & weekend. Today i went to DR. LARA’s office for my weekly weigh-in, and i lost 5lbs. GOD is so good.

Good day to everyone:
It’s a beautiful day the sun’s shinning bright, my walk was wonderful today not to hot just right. I’ve lost another 21/2lbs. GOD is good. I’ll be going out of town friday.My aunt has passed on to the other side, this is my mother’s baby sister, she had been ill for a long time,she had several strokes back to back,but, GOD know what’s best for us all. To be absent from the body is to present with the LORD.
And GOD shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. (Revelations 21:4) Keep up the good work everyone, i’m praying for us all.
