Connie is a young mom, whose weight has definitely impacted her life. She is ready to be healthy and energetic! Her story: “I have trouble doing activities with my two children. My 8 year old is a special needs child and I get very tired trying to keep up with her. My 10 year old is very aware of my size and is cautious about her weight. I do not look forward to weekends because my family wants to do something fun, and I find myself sitting out or not going.
I need to get healthy for my kids and for me. I want to be around to see them grow. Right now, I feel like I am on the outside of the world looking in.

Connie, I know you can do it. I just know it. Just think of all the clothes I have for you!! If you need anything, or just a swift kick in the Butt, give me a call. I believe in you, just as you believed in me. Go gettem girl!
I think I will just “copy and paste” this onto mine!! It has been a rough couple for me too! But we can do this!!
wow, it’s been a couple of weeks, I’ve been up, down, and all around. Being as big as I “was” I cant say for me it’s been pie. But I tell u what, w/ out Dr. Laura and the team at the St. Pete office, I would have given up yet again, and called myself a failure and that i cant do this. But Cyn , as calm and fun as she is, she was sooo helpful and helped me refocus. So this week I had lost 8.4 lbs.
I was sssoooo happy. I learned a few things about me personaly, and some about my own health. I am a work in progress, but W/O Dr. Laura”s team I wouldnt even be this far.
THAT IS GREAT Connie!!!! 8.4 in ONE WEEK!!!! WOW!!!! Very proud of you!!! KEEP IT UP… AND DON’T GIVE UP!!!! YOU CAN… AND YOU WILL DO THIS!!!!!!!
