Mission Statement

Our mission is to make a difference in the lives of individuals in our community who are struggling with obesity and its impact upon their physical and emotional well being, and to provide the tools to motivate inspire and empower them to create their personal vision of positive change, optimal health and success for themselves. 

Philosophy

 We believe that a healthy mind and a healthy body create optimal health and well being for each person.  We seek to raise community awareness by selecting local individuals that are obese, or have chronic medical problems complicated by being overweight, to participate in a special program combining weight loss and therapeutic  hypnosis that will help them start a journey toward a new life.  We feel that by drawing attention to the health related problems of obesity, we can begin to redirect community thinking about health and weight loss.
